When kittens are 3 to 4 weeks old, add kitten food to formula to make a thin gruel. Wean kittens completely from formula when they are 6 weeks old.
Nutritional supplement for cats:
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons powdered formula into the cat's food per day. Recommended for lactating bitches and convalescing or underweight cats.
Their kitten formula is used by two rescues in my area, one which has staff vets. This kitten formula is less expensive than competitors, yet far superior. It doesn't have the side effects (causing either diarrhea or constipation), the undiluted powder doesn't require refrigeration, and all of my foster kitties love it, even the most finicky.
This is one of the best replacer milk I have used. Mixes easily. The babies seem to keep more of the nutrients in and are gaining more weight than on other products.
Easy to mix and use. Works great as a kitten milk replacer or a supplement before during and after babies.
I have used every kitten formula out there and had issues with my babies having either diarrhea or constipation. Sometimes even blood due to their delicate systems. This formula was recommended to me along with the powdered Probiotics and let me tell you, I have zero digestive issues...UNTIL..I ran out of the Fox Valley formula and had to use KMR for 2 days, what a nightmare!!!
As a kitten foster I highly recommend the Fox Valley formula, Probiotics, Electrolytes and Miracle nipples (Mini) with syringes. This saves lives, time, and money in the long run.
