The Henry's Healthy Pets website is hosted and managed by Big Commerce, an industry leader in ecommerce software that utilizes industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection to safeguard all information on the Website. In addition, the Big Commerce software infrastructure, and therefore the Henry's Healthy Pets website, is PCI Compliant. "PCI" stands for "Payment Card Industry." The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that all companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

Note that we cannot protect information you transmit to us via email until it reaches us, since email does not have the security features that are built into our website.
